Items can be replaced for the following reasons Within 7 days of delivery

Terms and Conditions
For mobiles and other electronic product issues we will do quality audit to confirm the reported defect of the product. Replacements would be sent once we successfully verify the reported issue with the product. All Original packaging including tags, labels, accessories should be with the returned product. Some Specific brands return policies applies regarding replacement and returns. All eligible returns are provided with a replacement (sujbect to availability of stock). Automobiles products (commercial/ four wheeleers/ two wheelers) are not eligible to be returned. Gift vouchers of any brand cannot be returned or refundable for cash.

For items which cannot be replaced due to unavailability of stock or for any other reason, upon return of the order we would issue refund to the same payment method which would be credited in 2-4 business days and the time may vary from bank to bank.
