We at Dikazo continuously work towards our customer’s interests. We offer an easy and streamlined process to return products whenever applicable.

 How can I file a return request?

You can file a return request from your Dikazo account. Sign in to your account and then go to My orders and then click on Request Return. You should place a Return request within 24hrs of getting the order. In case of damaged/missing/wrong product/ empty packages, you should place a return request within 24hrs of receiving the order. Your return request will be reviewed by our team and also by our merchant for their approval. After approval, a return pickup will be arranged through our courier partners. If your address is not serviceable for return pickup, we will ask you to courier the product and the courier charges will be reimbursed by Dikazo. Once we receive the product and check it for quality concerns, we will issue your refund.

 Under what conditions can I return/replace my product?

You can replace/return your product in case of wrong product - wrong size, color, style, wrong item delivered, unsatisfactory product or low quality product, defective product, damaged product, wrong quantity, missing parts or products and also if no invoice is provided. You can also return/replace if you receive an empty package.

 Under what conditions returns/replacement requests will not be accepted?

Return/replacement requests will not be applicable for Beauty Products and Groceries and also not accepted if any products are used/altered, Or if the product is returned without original packaging, Or if the serial number is tampered with, Or if a defective product is received but not reported within 24hrs of receiving if a damaged product is reported after 24hrs of receiving.

Return/Replacement request of the Product(s) should be initiated within 24hrs of Order Delivery for Unsatisfactory product or in case of non-receipt of Invoice & Warranty (for Electronics only). However, under the following conditions, Return Request should be filed within 24hrs of Delivery:

How to claim Return/Replacement for products that are under Seller/Manufacturer’s Warranty?

You can easily claim for the product's warranty by calling or visiting the nearest Service Centre of the Product’s Brand. If you have any further queries, you can contact us as support@Dikazo.com. We always take all your queries responsibly and will forward it to the respective seller. Some products, however, are non-returnable.
